Stuart Kluft focuses on employment and business litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Stuart clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office where he served for two years in the Hardcore Gang Division and one year in the Organized Crime Division. There, Stuart conducted numerous felony preliminary hearings, argued and won several motions on the record and worked alongside the LAPD, LASD, and FBI.
Stuart also gained vast trial experience through preparing and assisting in several felony trials. Stuart also clerked for a boutique civil litigation firm Jeong & Likens, L.C. There, Stuart drafted a large variety of civil litigation documents including pleadings and discovery.
Stuart is a Senior Writer for Kheiro Magazine, where he authors “Constitutions Series” a column designed to explain the United States Constitution in a clear, easy-to-digest format for those without a legal background.
While at Loyola Law School, Stuart was the Senior Technical Editor of Loyola’s International and Comparative Law Review, a member of Loyola’s Hobbs District Attorney’s Clinic, Loyola’s Project for the Innocent, and a mentor in Judge Stephen O’Neil’s Young Lawyers Mentor Program.

Michael Kost
Litigation Specialist
Office Administrator
Michael Kost graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1992. Since that time, he has had a diverse academic and legal career.
Following law school, he worked as a plaintiff’s attorney on MDL 926, one of the first nationwide multidistrict litigation cases. He then transitioned to academia, teaching comparative politics, international relations, and legal research and writing at Syracuse University and the University of Northern Kentucky.
He then became a legal editor at Lexis-Nexis, advancing to the position of Senior Quality Editor, overseeing a team of editors summarizing a comprehensive database of U.S. case law dating back to the early 1800s. He then became a sole practitioner specializing in criminal defense and juvenile cases.
Moving to Los Angeles in 2012, Michael transitioned to employment law, working on several large representative and class actions, individual plaintiff’s cases, and defense-side cases. Currently, Michael is a litigation specialist and serves as the office administrator.
